Each package is designed to offer meaningful care without overwhelm. We’ll begin with a free consultation call to explore your needs and see if we’re a good fit.
Grounded, continuous support for your labor and birth.
This package is ideal for families who want dedicated presence during birth and immediate postpartum + preparation beforehand. You’ll have space to ask questions and practice comfort techniques. When labor begins, you feel supported and understood.
Includes:
• Two prenatal visits to build connection and prepare for birth
• On-call availability leading up to your due date
• Continuous in-person labor support
• One postpartum visit for reflection and adjustment
• Text and phone support during pregnancy and early postpartum
Comprehensive support through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.
This is for families who want consistent care across the full childbearing year. Together we’ll prepare for birth, navigate labor and tend to your recovery and transition into parenthood. This is relationship-centered care that adapts to real life.
Includes:
• Three prenatal visits
• On-call availability and continuous labor support
• Two postpartum visits
• Extended text and phone support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
Virtual Support Package
$600 - $900
Sliding scale pricing. Accessible support for families who prefer or require virtual care.
This package offers guidance, education, and emotional support from wherever you are. It’s a good fit for families seeking preparation, labor coaching and postpartum check-ins without in-person services.
Includes:
• Two virtual prenatal sessions
• One virtual labor coaching session
• One postpartum check-in
• Ongoing message support
