After your baby arrives, we reflect on your birthing experience while I check in on your recovery and how you’re adjusting with a postpartum visit.

• Two prenatal visits to build connection and prepare for birth
•Birth planning support so you feel informed about your options
• 24/7 on-call availability leading up to your due date
• Continuous in-person labor and delivery support
• One postpartum visit to process your birth and support early recovery
• Text and phone support throughout pregnancy and for two weeks postpartum
